4 mins = $84.00

Went to the neurologist today to do a check on my facial nerve infection. The neurologist only asked me some questions regarding my movements on the face, and asked me about what medication my previous doctor gave me. Other than that, he explained to me about this viral infection which I'd known long ago from searching on the web. All these questions he asked and "advices" he gave, only took him 4mins! When the bill comes, it's $84! And there ain't any medication!

Bloody hell.... This is by far the most expensive visit to a doctor I've been to! Well, I know this doctor is a specialist, but then again, just some information which I could also gather from the internet, I wouldn't have spend 4 mins, $84, my time and parking fees to just listen to what he says that I've already known! And he made another appointment with me in a month's time to check out how's my condition! Another $84? Damn.. Do I look like a sucker?

Anyway, my condition has gotten better already. Already able to move most of my left face and thank god I'm able to smile properly! It was really terrible to only be able to smile on one side and it's so tiring to smile and laugh! Now I'm able to smile and laugh as normal, only still abit of strain. Still better than before.

And now I'm back to my diet already. No rice, no flour, no fried stuff. This diet was given to me when I went for accupunture in the past, which I'd lost 30kgs in 3 months! Amazing I would say, but I'm not going back for the time being. I will just stick to my present diet of, milk, corn flakes, egg white, boiled meat, boiled vegetables and fruits. My big tummy started to look smaller already and I felt better and fresher.

Also this is my resolution before I hit 30yrs old, or before this 2006 ends. Cos by 2006, I've to do a timing of below 3mins on track, which weight is one factor. And also it will help me in future if I were to travel around on my new job. As advised by chief, really have to be fit to be able to travel alot. It can be really tiring and very taxing to the body to fly around the region.

So my faithful readers, wish me all the best! ;)
