Devils outing (Episode 2)

5 Devils spent the late evening at MB, sat till 0030hrs before leaving for JB. 1 had to fetch his wife, so left 4 to go. As usual, JB trip is to pump petrol, eat and wash car. Petrol is cheap, food is nice and cheap, car wash even cheaper. For RM10, they will wash, vaccum, wipe the interior and the car, shine the tires and clean where ever part of the car is dirty. As compred to Singapore's car wash, no way near their services. For SGD5, only wash, dry and tires shine, period. 4 of us left for Singapore at around 0330hrs, and I just reached home, 0440hrs.

Few days back 3 of them actually "pushed" a Forrester at Seletar. Days later, a group of Forresters turned up at our usual meet up place and "challenged" us to a friendly race at Sepang, 6th Jan 2005. Forrester is actually the same category as our Airtrek and their performances are more or less on par with ours, if not lower bhp. Still, with modifications, their cars can be rather fast. Thus, 10 slots were up for the race, 2 reserves and a few of the gang will be supporters. 10 slots are taken when I reached home to check the forum. And most are taken by faster cars and also those with track experience. Least I managed to take a reserve slot. ;)

Anyway still need some modifications to make it close to perfect. Time to update the list and make a checklist to what need to be done before track day! Hehehehe.. :P
